Education
Presents current initiatives that AFSA supports for total force personnel as well as the legislative platform to members.


Personal and Professional Development
Provides all personnel the opportunity to come together monthly to discuss agenda items as well as networking with personnel from all units and status.



Community Involvement
Giving back to McGuire AFB through sponsorship and scholarships. Chapter 211 connects individuals to events on and off base that support various efforts, benefitting our community.

Chapter 211 Support

Your local Chapter pays for the First Term Amn of the Year (FTAY) and NCO of the Year (NCOY) to attend the Division II and International AFSA conferences.

Hosts an annual Honors Banquet and pays for all FTAY and NCOY nominees and special guests to attend.

Sponsors the Airman Leadership School’s Distinguished Graduate Awards, three each class.

Provides annual scholarships worth $1500.00 to High School seniors of AFSA members.

Actively supports other private organizations 1st Sgt Council, Top 3, McGuire 5/6, Airman Activities Committee and AFA as well as the annual Air Force Assistance Fund drive.

or simply AFSA is a congressionally charted professional military organization that represents the professional and personal interest of all Active Duty, Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve Enlisted Members in Active, Retired or Veteran status and their families.
